Coca Cola slogan annoys private business forum

Coca Cola has annoyed a forum of private business for its slogan on its Glaceau vitamin drinks with the slogan, ”if you’ve had to use sick days because you’ve actually been sick, then you’re seriously missing out”. The forum was annoyed as many people call in sick for serious reasons, some more so than others, and this slogan undermined those people. Employee absence in the UK costs around £12bn a year, which further indicates that a brand such as Coca Cola, shouldn’t be encouraging people to ‘pull sickies’ in order to buy a bottle of Coca Cola Glaceau vitamin water.
